Tracy Roberts
The current barn manager of Hearthstone is Tracy Roberts. Tracy has been riding for over 25 years, and spent 5 years as an assistant trainer to Roger Seegert, who was on Canada's Olympic team at that time. She also participated in clinics with team members Ashley Nichol, Lorraine Stubs, and the European coaches for the team as they came to work with Roger. Tracy showed her own horse at Level 3 and 4 on the national circuit, and has had students showing at the LDA and the national shows. Since then, Tracy managed a Western show barn for seven years, and was responsible for breeding and looking after mares and foals. She also conditioned the owner's horses for barrel racing. The owner has since sold his farm and moved to Texas, so now Tracy finds herself at Hearthstone - and we're glad to have her here with us!
Tracy offers lessons for dressage, western, and jumping. She charges $25 per hour (per student), and has a growing clientele who are continually impressed by her knowledge and experience, and her ability to clearly express not only what and how to do something, but why it is important that you do so.
